ADP has put together a seasoned and experienced staff of experts to ensure that your sales and use tax projects move as smoothly as possible- the Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG). They know the innermost workings of all of ADP's sales and use tax products, plus they have a working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and other widely-used ERP, CRM, and financial systems.
ESG can provide an assortment of services working with your organization or partners:
Implementation Services
This is the full engagement where ADP does everything for your organization from setup and integration to customization and project management - everything needed to get the system working in your environment. These engagements typically run from two to six months, depending upon your needs.
Installation Services
In these engagements, we are either working with a partner or the customer focusing solely on setting up and properly configuring the ADP sales and use tax application - Taxware Enterprise, TaxSolver, and the Sales and Use Tax System.
Project Management
Oftentimes, customers may just want to tap into our experience to identify needs and develop a plan that they themselves can execute.
Integration Services
These services involve integrating ADP's sales and use taxproducts with a client's ERP or financial system using off-the-shelf adaptors.
Custom Adaptor Development
When an off-the-shelf adaptor does not yet exist, clients often engage ADP to build the adaptor for them. This ensures seamless connectivity and data exchange between Taxware Enterprise, TaxSolver, or the Sales and Use Tax System and the client's ERP or financial system.
Tune-Up Services
This is typically a quick, two- to three-day engagement where ADP isolates a particular problem that a customer has been experiencing and recommends a solution. The customer can then choose to either engage ADP to fix the issue or fix it themselves. This is a highly recommended service for customers who are having minor irritations or interruptions in their work flow where configuration changes and/or installing updates can most likely smooth things out.
Needs Analysis
This is a highly-recommended service when a customer needs a more precise Statement of Work, or when they want to upgrade to a newer version of ADP's sales and use tax products. This is typically a quick two- to three-day analysis of what the client needs to meet their requirements.
Customer Applications
These are application solutions that solve specific customer requirements that are not met by or beyond the scope of ADP's main sales and use tax products.
